Highway Patrol Babies

two cops came up wanting a caricature of their buddy who i think was retiring. they gave me some fuzzy printed out pics as references. in every picture he was wearing shades as cops do, and they wanted him to wear a helmet in it. so i did what i could with what was left. in one pic, he was actually making this face. i did everything they requested and they bought it. then i hear from a friend that they went over to knott's berry farm to get it redrawn, saying that the teeth were too big and that it made fun of their friend. heaven forbid. i find out because my roommate used to work at knott's and is still friends with the artists there. i really wanted to see what that artist did, knowing he wouldn't be able to exaggerate the strongest available feature on this guy. i wonder if they threw this one away.
